INFORMATION CONTAINED IN THIS REPORT ON FORM 6-K

Resignation of Executive Officer

 

On October 22, 2021, Sergio Andres Mantilla Gomez, the Chief Financial Officer for Latin America of Procaps Group, S.A. (the “Company”), resigned as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer for Latin America in order to pursue another employment opportunity. Mr. Mantilla's resignation was not the result of any dispute or disagreement with the Company or the Company’s board of directors on any matter relating to the operations, policies or practices of the Company.

 

Patricio Vargas Munoz, the Company’s Global Chief Financial Officer, and Carlos Piocuda Russo, the Company’s Corporate Finance Vice President, have assumed Mr. Mantilla's previously assigned duties effective as of October 22, 2021. The Company does not expect to appoint a successor Chief Financial Officer for Latin America.
