Procaps Group, S.A. (the “Company”) entered into a confidential settlement agreement, which became effective on June 1, 2023, with a third party to recover costs incurred relating to a business opportunity with such third party, pursuant to which the Company expects to be paid an undisclosed material amount in certain installments through December 31, 2024.
