Mr. Vieira has over 30 years of experience in the pharmaceutical market, having worked for companies such as Novartis, Abbvie and AstraZeneca in Brazil, Portugal, Australia, New Zealand and the United Kingdom. He started his career at Novartis, where he held various commercial positions in Brazil and Portugal and later was appointed as Country President for Brazil. He also worked for Allergan Brazil as General Manager. Later on, he joined AstraZeneca Brazil as Country President and held a similar position for Australia and New Zealand, and later was appointed as Global Commercial VP in London. He also worked for Abbvie in Brazil and in 2018 he joined Patria Investimentos as Operating Partner responsible for healthcare companies such as Natulab, Víncula and Farmácias Independentes, where he serves as Chairman of the Board. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of Elfa Medicamentos, where he previously served as CEO for nearly three years. Mr. Vieira holds a degree in Economics fromFundação Armando Alvares Penteado in São Paulo, Brazil, with MBA from Business School São Paulo and Advanced Management Program for Senior Leaders from Harvard Business School. He is currently completing another MBA with a focus on private equity, venture capital and start-up investments at FGV in São Paulo.

Dr. Camilo Camacho has over 23 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry in Latin America, with broad experience in marketing, sales, R&D, operations and quality control. Dr. Camacho has held leadership positions in five different primary care markets: Cardiovascular, CNS, Respiratory, Gastroenterology and Women´s Health. Dr. Camacho served as Head and General Manager of both the Colombia and North Latin America regions at Abbott Laboratories’ Established Pharmaceutical Division (EPD) from 2014 to 2021. There he led the integration of Abbott Laboratories in Colombia after its acquisition of CFR Pharmaceuticals, and after Lafrancol was acquired by CFR in Colombia. He received his Medical Degree from the Escuela Colombiana de Medicina, Colombia, a Specialist in Pharmacology from the Universidad Nacional de Colombia, and an MBA from the INALDE Business School Colombia.

Patricio Vargas has served as Procaps´s CFO since August 2021. Mr. Vargas has 25 years of public company finance experience with proven capabilities in global financial management, business development and global capital markets. He joins Procaps after serving as Finance Vice President & Treasurer at Empresas CMPC S.A. Previously, he was Chief Executive Officer at Agrofoods Central Valley Chile S.A. Prior to that, Mr. Vargas was the CFO of CFR Pharmaceuticals S.A. He graduated as an Industrial and Electrical Engineer from Universidad Católica de Chile, holds an MBA from Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez, Chile, and attended the Advanced Management Program (188) at Harvard Business School, USA.

Carlos Piocuda Russo, member of the Company's Executive Committee since 2019. Business Administrator with an MBA from Universidad del Norte. He has over 12 years of experience and has led financial and administrative positions in oil and gas entities, as well as in the pharmaceutical industry. His career in the company began as Financial Manager 2015 and he is currently in charge of the Corporate Value Optimization team, managing strategic projects including portfolio optimization, digital transformation and profitability initiatives.

Grethel Moreno Romero, Systems Engineer from Universidad del Norte, with specialization in Finance, Senior Management Studies and MBA. Her experience of more than 30 years in management positions in the financial and internal audit areas, in oil and gas and pharmaceutical industries, has allowed her to lead project structuring processes, mergers and acquisitions operations, shareholding sales, syndicated loans with local and international banks, strategic planning, among other responsibilities. As Vice-President of Audit and Internal Control, she has led the establishment of corporate guidelines aimed at strengthening the control system of the organization's processes, within the best international standards. As member of boards of directors of private and solidarity economy companies, she has supported their management from the financial and control perspective.

Marcela Carvajalino Pagano is an attorney with a law degree from Universidad del Norte in Colombia where she specialized in Negotiation and Conflict Management, and Senior Management of Corporate Reputation. She has over 28 years of experience, where she has worked in the industrial and health sectors, and led processes of organizational transformation, strategic planning and reputational development with an emphasis on legal, corporate and human resources issues, and defining corporate policies and processes. Ms. Carvajalino has also served as an executive member of several boards of directors of private organizations and associations. She has served as our Vice-President of Corporate and Legal Affairs since 2013.

Mauricio Castañeda Caballero, he is a Business Administrator from Universidad de la Sabana and his academic preparation includes a specialization in Strategic Marketing from CESA and an MBA from INALDE. He has over 20 years of experience in the mass consumption, insurance and health sectors, where he has led organizational planning and transformation processes, strategic planning of human talent with emphasis on the design of succession plans, labor legislation and complementary reforms, variable compensation systems, among others.

Luis Alberto Palacios Aragon, born in Peru, graduated from the Universidad del Pacifico with a Business Management degree. He later received a Master’s degree in Marketing and Business Management from the American University of Paraguay and leadership training at Kellogg Business School. He has 35 years of varied and extensive experience in the Latin American pharmaceutical sector, executing different commercial roles, managing clients, especially health professionals from different Latin American countries. For 6 years, he has served Procaps Group, leading commercial management and international marketing for the Pharma Business Management in Colombia. In 2019 he assumed the challenge of being the Corporate Vice President of International Marketing and Research and Development, constantly promoting the development of science and innovation.
